At dwell deux, your satisfaction is our number one goal.
All items purchased can be shipped to you via a reliable carrier such as FedEx, UPS, or DHL, or may be picked up in person at our warehouse.
Any product purchased and shipped to you that does not meet your expectations may be returned for a refund within a period not exceeding 7 days form the date of delivery. To process a return or exchange, send us an email to sales@dwelldeux.com or contact us at 866-734-7774 to obtain a return authorization number. All items must be received at our warehouse within 7 business days form the date you receive your authorization number.

DWELL DEUX RESERVES THE RIGHT TO DENY ANY EXCHNAGE OR REFUND if the merchandise is damaged, not in its original packaging, or not in 100% resalable condition.
Refund will apply to the original cost of the item less shipping costs.
All shipping charges for return or exchange are at the purchasers’ expense. You are advised to return any item via a reliable carrier (FedEx, UPS, USPS, DHL), to insure the product, and keep your receipt and tracking number. Dwell Deux is not responsible for return items damaged or lost during transit.
All promotional sale or picked-up merchandise from our warehouse are non-refundable and will not be exchanged.
Please allow up to two billing cycle to see your credit post on your credit card statement. |
